Help! I can’t log into the databases!

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. In fact, you’re so very much not alone that this post is probably long past due.
In general, people have 1 of 2 problems preventing them from logging into the databases.
1. I’m on Biblical’s website, but I can’t find a link to the databases
This one’s probably the easiest to solve. Are you logged into the website? The link to the databases is on the library homepage, but it’s visible to only faculty, staff and students. If you can’t log into Biblical’s website, then you need to contact the IT department, and in the meantime you can go directly to the database log-in page from here; there’s also a permanent link in the blog’s sidebar.
2. My username/password combination isn’t working
We have a new proxy-server, so your old log-in won’t work. If you’re a current student or faculty or staff member, you should have received an email with a link to create your account. If you didn’t, contact us and we’ll send you another email.
3. Actually, I have some other problem not mentioned here
In that case, please contact us as soon as possible! If you’re having a problem, chances are someone else is as well. And the sooner we know what’s going on, the sooner we can come up with a way to fix it.
